Service description
ResumeAce analyzes resumes and matches them against job descriptions. Results are guidance only — they do not guarantee a job offer.
Your account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential.
- The accuracy of information you upload.
- Any activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to break it, or upload content that is abusive or infringes someone else's IP.
Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans renew automatically and you can stop auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard. All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. Payments are processed by a vetted third-party provider.
Intellectual property
The content of your CV stays entirely yours. The ResumeAce name, logo, and product design are our exclusive property.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect losses or missed job opportunities. Our total liability is capped at what you paid in the last 12 months.
