At ResumeAce we respect your privacy and treat your data with care. This page explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and what rights you have.
Data we collect
We collect only what's needed to run the service:
- Account data: email, name, and sign-in method.
- Resume content and job descriptions you upload for analysis.
- Anonymous usage data (scan counts, browser type) to improve the product.
- Billing info on upgrade (handled by our payment provider — we never store card numbers).
How we use your data
We use your data only to deliver and improve the analysis, send essential account emails, and provide support. We use anonymized aggregated data for market research and industry insights. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we don't use your CV to train any public models.
Data sharing
We share minimal data only with trusted service providers required to run the analysis and process payments. All operate under strict data-protection agreements.
Data retention
We keep your scan history as long as your account is active. You can delete any scan from your dashboard, or request full account deletion — your data is removed within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You can opt out of emails anytime from the unsubscribe page.
